Creative Correction - Chapter 1

I am so excited that we're studying Creative Correction together! Our discussions remind me of the times my children were small. And that reminder also helps me understand what difficulties my son and his wife--and my neices and nephews--are going through these days with they own children. Thanks for helping me remember!

Next week, Monday, May 3, we will talk about Chapter 2: "Learning from the Ultimate Parent." The Ultimate Parent is, of course, God. God our Father, our Creator, is without a doubt the Ulitmate Parent. And we've got lots to learn!

We learned today what our priorities are: raising our children to be independent, healthy, and strong--and to be good-hearted, thinking more of the welfare of others than being self-centered and willful.

Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart,

and you will find rest for your souls.
